EasyPass is a membership management tool built with privacy as its core principle. This policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Data Collection & Storage

We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data or your members' data to any external servers owned by Easy-Apps Solutions. All information is stored strictly within your private Google Drive account and on your local device.

2. Google Drive Integration

The app requests access to your Google Drive to provide its core service. This access is used exclusively to:

• Create and update your member directory file (database.xlsx).
• Store your organization's custom branding and security configurations.

3. Data Ownership

You retain 100% ownership and control of your data. Because we do not host your data, we cannot see, share, or sell it to third parties.
